Shipping Policy

Delivery Methods

We partner with the following logistics providers:

  • Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, Black Cat (Taiwan main island only)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Available in both Taiwan main island and offshore islands)

Delivery Timeframes / Regions

  • Home Delivery

    • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

    • Service Area: Taiwan main island only

  • Convenience Store Pickup

    • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

    • Service Area: Taiwan main island only

  • Postal Delivery (Offshore Islands)

    • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days

    • Service Area: Taiwan offshore islands

Shipping Notes

  • Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after order placement (excluding the order date and public holidays).

  • Delivery time is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No deliveries on weekends.

  • During holidays or in case of unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.

  • For home delivery, the actual delivery time will depend on the driver’s route schedule.

  • For convenience store pickup, please pay attention to the SMS notification and pick up your package within 7 days of arrival.
    Failure to collect your order within the pickup window may result in shipping cost losses, which the customer will be responsible for.
