Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer,

GenePet will never contact you via SMS or phone call to request any financial account or credit card information for any reason or under any circumstances. We will also never ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through such methods.

If you receive any suspicious phone calls or messages, please stay alert. Do not follow the instructions of unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact GenePet directly or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline 165 provided by the National Police Agency for verification.

Be extra cautious if you receive calls with prefixes like “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, as scammers may spoof phone numbers to impersonate legitimate companies, banks, or legal authorities. Also, do not click on unknown links or accept suspicious LINE friend requests or messages.

Common scam tactics include claims such as “duplicate orders” or “accidental installment plans”, followed by instructions to perform actions via online banking or an ATM. If any matter involves your bank account, contact your bank directly. If you are asked to operate your account or provide sensitive information over the phone, refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.

For your safety, we also recommend that you:

  • Change your passwords regularly

  • Use strong passwords (a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers)

  • Avoid entering your account details on public computers

GenePet wishes you safety and peace of mind.
